While we do designated Glamping/Camping parties, we also can assist with any kind of birthday party. No celebration is too small or too large.

Wedding/Event Planning and Coordination Packages

Preliminary Planner- We will meet and come up with ideas for you to put into action.

Day of Coordinator- You plan, you prep, and then the Day of the event we take over and handle all the details so you can enjoy the event.

Partial Coordinator- You plan, you prep and then 6 weeks before the event we take over and handle all the details so you can enjoy it all!

Full Service Coordinator- You bring your ideas, vision, and budget and we plan, schedule, and execute everything to perfection. We will take all the stress off of you so you can enjoy every second!
Additional Services Offered-
Invitation Design- assists with design, stuffing and mailing.
Guest Management- assists with RSVP’s, follow ups and guest list finalization.
Rentals- Any of the rentals that we offer as a rental can be used at a discounted price. Backdrops, beverage dispensers, food service items, table sets, etc.
Other Event Planning- assists with Rehearsal planning and coordination, morning after brunch planning and coordination, wedding shower planning and coordination, and Bachelor/Bachelorette planning and coordination. Gifts- helps source and secure wedding party gifts, guest favors, etc.
